* Follow up the cut to ship figures for the concerned buyer account.

* Update the daily cut to ship figures on daily basis based on the given delivery dates.

* Analyze, update, alert & follow up the deviations and threats for the delivery in advance for all departments (Cutting/Production/Qa/Merchant/planning & all related departments) & make sure to ship the goods on time.

* Daily routine in production floor to check the concerned styles Po’s physically.

* Make packing list for the packing department and for the final inspection and commercial department purposes.

* Make shipment plans for each and every Po prior to 1month for the delivery to do the delivery booking.(qty,/no of cartons/volume(cbm))

* Participate for the PP meeting of the related buyer account & document all the concerns from packing end.

* Follow up the packing trims & cartons based on the Production plan to maintain the end line packing process.

* Provide the folding & packing related information as per the buyer requirements to the finishing & packing supervisors.

* Provide the approved packing samples to the production while liaise with the QA & merchant department.

* Follow up the daily packing figures with the supervisors while liaise with the manager.

* Style reconciliations prior to the delivery and get approved from the Finishing & Packing manager.

* Make the final Inspection plan based on the delivery dates and arrange the goods accordingly for the inspections.

* Update the required information to merchant department which is related to the shipment in each style (short/over shipment approvals, related system updates.)

* Do the system updates to make the UCC stickers.

* Finalize the shipment qty & get approved from the finishing & packing manager.

* Follow the SOP’s in Ax system which is related to Packing and FG goods transferring.

* Follow the SOP’s in Ax system which is related to Packing and FG goods transferring.

* Maintain the company KPI’s.

* Maintain the 5S standards in the department & make sure the working place clean & tidy.
