As a member of the Customer Experience team, Customer Experience Specialists have the responsibilities for keeping track of customer journeys, interacting with customers across channels and platforms, and coordinating with all internal stakeholders to keep fine-tuning the customer’s experience across all touchpoints and at all stages of the customer journey. KEY RESULT AREAS Collaboration and project management (60%): - Communication of programs and projects CX - Building, training on skills, materials, and policies related to the project - Follow-up detailed implementation plan Liaise/ - Regular communication with internal teams, especially the customer-facing teams, to ensure that gaps in the customer experience- irrespective of where they occur in the journey- are plugged (depends on assigned tasks) CX Manager Assistance (30%): - Assist the Manager to ensure the CX strategies are aligned to the larger business goals and outcomes - Participate and take a proactive role in project planning meetings, review, and evaluation exercises (daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly) - Assist the Manager to prepare and submit in a timely manner weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and other required reports. - Perform specific administrative tasks, as per instruction of the Manager, required in the provision of project services in line with Quality Assurance, Quality Control teams and procedures. Proposing to improve the design, implementation plan of the project (10%): - Find out the shortcomings in project implementation and propose suitable solutions
GHN Marketing Team is looking for a talented and experienced Video Editor to work closely with various stakeholders and manage all aspects of the raw footage to deliver CREATIVE, high-quality, and impactful video content. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop a strong understanding of both company and industrys products, competitors, industry, and marketing goals and objectives. - Shooting and performing the full range of editing works from splicing, to sound balancing, to color correction and color grading. - Edit promotional clips, viral clips, product introduction videos, product descriptions, company activities. - Create new video content according to the trend and direction of the company. - Adapt different video formats depending on the platform. - Coordinate with the marketing team and related departments to build and develop the company image. - Receive tasks from the other teams and stakeholders to ensure the companys goals are met. - Work closely with the management to share improvement ideas, feedback & present results. - Other tasks assigned by the company.

Online: • Commute policies, changes in functions, process, regulations, etc., on internal apps, website to employees. • Administrate internal communication channels (Facebook, company’s websites and other related websites) 1.2. Offline: • Enhance Company Culture by building up internal events and activities to keep good connection between employees and bring up spirit for employees. • Come up with ideas designing POSM and writing content, memos, direction • Prepare internal communication plans, projects for company. • Ensure communication plan is consistent and reflects the organization’s vision. • Measure and evaluate the effects of communication plans and estimate the expenditure as well. • Execute steps within a certain time frame. • Ensure employees are engaged in company initiatives. • Coordinate with other departments to implement internal events and activities • Edit and revise content to disseminate information to all levels • Report and project for next years’ plan. • Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager. 2.
