The wide product range which GUNTNER offers includes evaporators, condensers, drycoolers/radiators, aircoolers, hybrid drycoolers, plate heat exchangers and furthermore especially designed electronic control systems. We are a high growth and performance oriented group with customers in 5 continents. Now our Representative Office in Hochiminh City is looking for a Sales Engineer (Radiator) that will be responsible for driving new business and developing sales strategies for our radiator product line
•Perform design selection and cost estimation for air-cooled heat exchanger products. •Develop written engineering proposals. •Provide technical support to the sales effort in response to customer inquiries. •Review customer specifications to determine requirements. •Use computer programs to design/optimize air-cooled heat exchangers. •Communicate with customers and sales reps regarding the inquiry and answers any technical questions on the application, installation, design, hardware, and costing. •Customer service/maintenance works if required. •Prepare routine reports and maintains personal work activity records as required. May have an intensive training at our Güntners subsidiary in Surabaya/Indonesia for a better understanding of company culture, environment, customer aspects, manufacturing environment, process system, product quality, organization structure... Have a close lead from supervisor for a 1-2 months learning curve.
This is a position for an energetic, capable and experienced person. You are expected to be able to perform the following duties: - Develop a customer base for radiators on a national level: Market research, explore and meet with potential customers (power plants, Diesel engine operators, manufacturers…) that source radiators and related heat transfer products. - Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities; surveying customer needs and trends and tracking competitors. - Achieve sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and making valuable recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; resolving problems; identifying trends. - Meet sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; creating sales plans; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
