* JOB DESCRIPTIONS: 
-Responsible for development projects and initiatives which will include new functional requirements, process tuning and Break fixes.
- Support changes/applications post implementation by debugging, fixing, and participating in maintenance releases as needed. 
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to other offshore Application Developers and Supporter on the teams.
- Participate in all aspects of Application Development life cycle.
- Participate in peer code reviews.
