A. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic Sales Planand Forecast to achieve company’s objectives for product, andcustomer development.
- Develop and recommend product positioning,strategy of product, pricing, distribution and promotion to expand marketshare for the next 3 to 5 years.
- Achieve satisfactory profit / loss ratio andwork with Finance Manager on this objective.
- Direct sales forecasting activities andestablish performance goals based on company’s sales targets and objectives.
- Manage and be in charge of Sales Departmentto achieve Sales targets as the orientation of company throughoutVietnam.
- Work closely with the Finance Department tocollect debts
- Work with all HODs, in particular Marketing,SCD and Finance departments for preparation in advance, forall activities, budgets, and supporting materials.
B. Tasks:
- Build and submit the seasonal sales plan,based on the fiscal year, to Top of management.
- Deploy, implement sales activities and take amain responsibility of sales achievement. Work with regional managersbased on sales plans and set clear guidelines for implementation.
- Monitor and evaluate result of marketresearch, adjust sales strategy to meet customer demands and competition in themarket, and obtain feedback from customers closely, andrecommend to Top of management for appropriate actions where needed.
- Collect information about competitors’product, sales and promotion activities.
To implement dumping management based oncorporate guidelines for customers as well as regional sales taskforce.
- Build direct sales channel and distributionsystem by expanding new market.
- Make report monthly about sales achievement, potential of the market and make proposal of dealer system development, and report to TOM.
- Work closelywith Customer Service department for Map Club C1 and C2, as well as farmers tofurther enhance customer relations.
- Establish andmaintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotionalmaterials, and events based on corporate standards.
- Build up andmanage sales operating budget.
- Analyze andcontrol implementation expenses of Sales Department. Ensure budgetmanagement effectively to balance to sales achievement.
- Definiteobjectives and timeline for projects.
- Supervisestrictly and lead Region Manager and Technical Sales. Executive in T1, T2 and CT to achieve the best result of sales.Build and develop Sales Team in T1, T2 and CT to have a competitive capacity inthe market.
- Support TheNorth to build Sales Policy and related tasks as request.
- Allocatestaff, carry out training courses, and evaluate performance to develop andcontrol sales programs.
- Do marketsurveys and business development, working closely with Marketing Department andsupport all marketing activities.
- Receive Head of Region Weekly and monthly reports to National Sales Manager, and respondquickly to Head of Region’s suggestion to make sure all activities worksmoothly.
- Coordinatewith related Departments for team work building in projects.
- Takeattention on company’s benefit and contribute to business development; discussto relate Department to solve problem
- Meeting withthe Finance department monthly to update the debt situation and plan to solveit
- Wellunderstand core values and slogan of the company “Sustainable Agriculture,Going Green, and Helping the Farmers”.
- Good knowledge on the Collective Labour Agreement, company regulations and maintain confidential on issues related to the company

- Other tasks asassigned by Top of Management.
- Make weekly andmonthly report to General Director and Deputy General Director
Authorization
- Manage all employeesof Sales department.
- Organize and assigntasks to all employees of Sales department.
- Propose suggestionsto upgrade work.

- Internal: Alldepartments in the company.
- External: RelatedAuthorities, Suppliers, C1 Dealers, C2 Dealers, concerning authority offices.
