● Handling inquiries from clinical team to ensure service quality.
● Working closely with multiple Departments to support the initiatives as and when necessary

The first step for you is to take ownership of less critical tasks from the team.

2. Take ownership of your own customer research, writing online ads and evaluating their performance
Once you’ve proven that you are reliable, can ‘ship’ on time, and follow through on every project, we’ll cut you loose on optimizing our website, keywords and building backlinks.
It’ll be analyzing our current SEO performance at first and you’ll start by working closely with an experienced marketer on our team. You’ll have a lot of autonomy with the SEO experiments and projects that you want to run. We will be looking to you for recommendations on how to generate more high-quality search traffic.
From there, your career growth is up to you.
The faster you get results, the bigger your role gets. It’s up to you how far this goes. As soon as you can handle it, we’ll give you entire campaigns to own. This includes everything from analyzing keyword opportunities to tracking the content performance for each keyword over time. You’ll own your SEO goals and be responsible for finding a way to hit them.

ROLE
The position is responsible for support doctor and customer to perform service-related operations.
Building good relationships and bringing the best service for the customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Following the care plan of customers to support them make an appointment with doctors according to available schedule.
• Support doctors and customers to provide documentations when they have appointment.
• Consulting services to customers through channels such as fanpage, hotline, care chat, website.
• Support customers to make an appointment with doctor or nurse.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for doctor and nurse.
• Handle and upload records of customers on the system.
• Survey the opinions of customers after using the service.
• Instruct the customer to use the Jio Health app.
• Contact the customer when they leave information on channels such as email, fanpage, website
• Responding to requests and complaints of customers.
WORKING CONDITIONS
• Work at office - Address: 83b Hoang Sa, Dakao Ward, Distric 1.
• Work on shifts (7 hours) or work as assigned by the superior
+ First shift: 7AM – 2PM
+ Second shift: 1PM – 8PM

● Execute manual testing in Web and mobile applications.
● Report, track, and follow up the defects in Jira, defect tracking system
● Review new UI/UX design then identifying unclear or inconsistent items and Q&A to clarify these.
● Create Test Case, Test Scenarios and implement test.

Chuyên viên mua hàng sẽ làm việc tại Nhà thuốc Jio, quản lý danh mục sản phẩm bao gồm thuốc & FMCG và báo cáo trực tiếp cho Giám đốc điều hành.
● Tạo đơn hàng và đặt hàng với NCC.
● Theo dõi đơn hàng sát sao qua các giai đoạn từ khi thương lượng đến soạn thảo hợp đồng, nhận & kiểm hàng.
● Xử lý tất cả các vấn đề liên quan đến quá trình đặt hàng. Thương lượng với NCC để có được đơn gía, điều kiện giao hàng & công nợ tốt nhất.
● Nhập đơn hàng & biên bản nhận hàng lên phần mềm quản lý.
● Xây dựng mối quan hệ chặt chẽ với các NCC. Giữ liên lạc thường xuyên và hiệu quả, đàm phán, phản hồi kịp thời về tình hình hàng hóa và đơn đặt hàng với các NCC.
● Quản lý & tối ưu hoá danh mục sản phẩm để đạt hiệu quả kinh doanh tốt nhất cho công ty.
