1. Equipment and Working Environment:
- The technician is responsible of the equipment that he uses. The technician must maintain and clean his equipment and workplace on a regular basis and systematically after each test.
- Do the inventory and calibration plan of the lab equipment when required by direct supervisor.
- Check equipment (calibration status, condition) before using it.
2. Sampling and testing:
- The sampling and testing must be done in accordance with all the quality procedures (Frequency, Method, Specifications…).
3. Analysis of tests results:
- Use the appropriate form for each task to be done according to the quality procedure requirements.
- Ask the approval of direct supervisor for each test result, report any problem/mistake to direct supervisor.
- The Analysis of Tests results must be done seriously and must be checked and report to the QC Head before final approval.
4. Site support:
- Technical support for sales and customers when required.
- Troubleshooting for all activities related to the quality of the Company’s bituminous products.
5. Communication:
- Communication with plant manager, depot manager, customers and sales, third party lab.
