I. Primary Relationships
The position reports to Deputy General Director and Functional report to CEO, serves as a member of the management team.
Within the Company, the position has primary working relationships with the Hospitality Management company, hotel General Manager, staff of the Marketing/ Communications/ P.R. function, and the service providers.
Outside the Company, the position coordinates, primarily with the Hotels GM, with the media ad with related suppliers involved in the branding maintenance & development of the hotel.
Principle Accountabilities
II. Marketing, Communications and Public Relations
1. Ensure articulation of Company Branding of Odyssea, Liberty, Liberty Central & other brands with desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the Company, and assure communication of image and position to all parties, both internal and external
2. Coordinate media interest in the Company and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
3. Act as the Company’s representative with the media.
4. Coordinate the appearance of all Company print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.
5. Develop, coordinate and oversee programs and resource materials to assist Hotels in the marketing, communications and positioning of their activities.
6. Provide counsel to Hotels on marketing, communications and public relations.
7. Ensure that the Company regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity. Monitor trends.
8. Leads projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing and special events.
III. Digital, Social Media Content Management
1. Facilitates social media engagement and updating content in local digital channels (e.g., Odyssea website, travel sites).
2. Develops and executes promotions campaign in F&B, weddings, spa, rooms and conferences through relevant digital and social media channels.
3. Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) in social media channels and responds accordingly
4. Plan, monitor the online marketing channels such as Google Ads, Google Network, Social Media or online newspaper to drive traffics to Odyssea websites as KPIs
IV. Graphics & Branding & Quality Control
1. Supervise the Marketing & Graphic Department and staff to ensure that all Hotels and the Company are duly supply with their respective :
- Graphic bible
- Collateral
- Advertising template
- Promotional material
2. Ensure that proper monthly billing is send to hotels using Odyssea Graphics services.
3. Develop when required new or additional branding tools to keep up with new trend. Ensure Branding Equity by monitoring its use and application, and respect by all users.
4. Promote transparency is branding usage so all parties are duly aware of their respective responsibility.
5. Responsible for revenue analytics, brand communications and e-commerce to run campaigns and other commercial opportunities.

V. Loyalty Program
1. Corporate with Deputy GD in set up, SOP, guideline and training for Odyssea Loyalty program
2. Responsible for loyalty program design and management, partnership program solicitation, execution and strategic communication plans for all loyalty and subscription programs.
3. Implement a communications’ calendar utilizing existing and new communication channels as relevant to the market to grow customer loyalty and drive revenue
4. Develop and work with hotel teams to execute customer acquisition strategies
5. Set business requirements for CRM infrastructure, lead generation, database acquisition, prioritization and deployment capabilities
6. Daily manage, control and monitor “Earn & Burn Process” to assure the program running smoothly
VI. Planning and budgeting
1. Responsible for the achievement of marketing/ communications/ public relations mission, goals and financial objectives. Ensure that evaluation systems are in place related to these goals and objectives and report progress to the BOM and hotel GM.
2. Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/ communications/ public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
3. Recommend short- and long-term Company goals and objectives to the Deputy GD and CEO
4. Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the marketing/communications/public relations function.
5. Keep informed of developments in the fields of marketing, communications and public relations, and use this information to help the Company operate with initiative and innovation.
VII. Managing
1. Maintain a climate that attracts, retains and motivates quality personnel in department
2. Support Deputy GD in recruit, train, appraise, supervise, support, develop, promote and guide qualified personnel.
3. Ensure effective management within the marketing, communications and public relations function, with provision for succession.
4. Design, support and oversee cross-functional teams throughout the Company.
5. Department SOP, guideline building, training and monitoring to internal staffs and hotels staffs
