SUIPS COMPANY is hiring a Senior Merchandiser to join our team in Hanoi, Vietnam.

JOB TITLE:

SENIOR MERCHANDISER (3- 5 years experience)

JOB LOCATION: C2 Building, D'Capitale, no#119 Tran Duy Hung Street, Trung Hoa, Cau Giay, Ha Noi, Viet Nam.

WORKING HOURS:

Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm

2 Saturdays/month: 8:30 am - 12:00 pm

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a talented Senior Merchandiser to join our Hanoi office.

JOB DESCRIPTION

In this exciting role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our order fulfillment process. You will be responsible for:

Communication: Collaborate with buyers to understand their requirements for samples, materials, production timelines, and overall order specifications.

Sample Development: Handle to make development samples developments such as Proto, Sale man, and Fit samples, etc.

Sourcing: Identify and manage relationships with fabric and accessory suppliers, both locally and overseas, to source materials and develop new items for the samples and bulk production.

Production/Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues arising during sample development, production, quality inspections, order scheduling, and export.

Quality Control: Assist QC Buyers during factory visits and inspections.· Communicate with buyers to get their requirements for sample development, bulk production.
