Observation of Market • To observe the car market in the designated market area as well as to analyze and evaluate trends and market changes • To monitor the activities of the competitors 2. Planning • To develop marketing and advertising measures, events, customer contact, etc., bearing in mind the ideas recommended by the MBV brand • To calculate costs and evaluate benefits • To plan the budget and monitor the implementation on monthly basis to ensure the most effective marketing program based on MBV’s marketing top-up regulations 3. Advertising • To create and implement advertising measures 4. Events / Sales Promotion • To plan, prepare, and organize events and to negotiate with the relevant service providers in consultation with the Sales Director and Managers • To use sales promotion measures recommended by the MBV brand represented and implement in-house sales promotion measures 6. Marketing Controlling • To analyze the effectiveness of advertising measures and to compare the figures with targets 5.
