DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic HR Partnership
Support HR Manager in understanding business needs across Taprooms, Commercial, and Support functions.
Assist in implementing people plans, including team structure updates, staffing plans, and culture initiatives.
Provide data, reports, and insights to help managers make informed people decisions.
Participate in meetings with business leaders to understand issues and propose HR actions.
2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage recruitment for Taproom Managers, key Support roles, and high-impact positions.
Conduct screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer preparation.
Build candidate pipelines through job boards, networking, and social media.
Ensure smooth onboarding: documentation, welcome orientation, probation tracking, and follow-up with new hires.
Support employer branding activities with Marketing (social posts, career page updates, events).
3. Employee Relations & Culture
Act as the first contact for employees regarding concerns, conflict resolution, and HR inquiries.
Support disciplinary processes, documentation, and communication with line managers.
Coordinate engagement initiatives, surveys, internal communication, and culture-building activities.
Promote company values (Teamwork – Passion) across Taprooms and departments through HR programs.
4. Policies, Compliance & HR Operations
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
Ensure HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes are consistently communicated and followed.
Support compliance with Vietnam labor law, including contracts, probation, terminations, and audit checks.
Prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover, recruitment dashboards..etc.
Assist in periodic HR audits and follow-up actions with managers.
