- Take care/Control/Improvement Owned Media (Website/Facebook/Youtube/Zalo/Tiktok…)
- Ensure stable operation/Legal documents, build content/propose tactic to improve, Follow comment/Ideas of customer/partner through these platforms.
- Main PIC for PR, SNS Management, Data utilization, Online sales…
- Online survey and data analysis to evaluate Digital performance & propose to improve (Isuzu/competitor/ customer.)
- Visit dealer, customer, competitors... to hear their opinions, comments, to get deep insight of customer & trend.
Part B: PR - Event
- Event implement & improvement, event survey and analysis to propose suitable policy/ program improvement
- Manage PR/Advertising (Planning, management & execution, work with agency, PR orientation, PR plan, KPI allocation and timing)
- Support Dealer PR-Event (Consult Digital campaign/Advertising for Dealer, Evaluate & Kaizen, manage documents following as Isuzu’s regulation)
- Manage operation/activation in Isuzu Le Thanh Ton showroom
