Glassia is a social enterprise developed by Evergreen Labs that provides water in reusable glass bottles, completely eliminating unnecessary single-use plastic packaging. Our mission is to create local, closed-loop, sustainable bottled water production. We are seeking a reliable and experienced candidate to oversee our quality control processes and standards, ensuring quality assurance across all locations.

Location: Da Nang, with business trips across Vietnam

• What you will do:
• - Prepare and maintain relevant quality control documents and procedures for production.
• - Support the team during third-party audits from health departments and other related agencies.
• - Provide training to production teams on quality control and related topics to maintain high standards.
• - Perform on-site quality control audits and submit reports and recommendations for improvement to management.
• - Analyze daily production reports to assess quality standards at each refill location.
• - Prepare and present monthly quality assurance reports to management.
• - Ensure equipment and machinery are calibrated and operating correctly.
• - Inspect all areas of facilities to ensure conditions maintain the quality of supplies and materials.
• - Address and resolve quality issues professionally, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• - Implement strict quality control processes and procedures at all refill facilities to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained.
• - Perform quality control inspections, in-house testings and testing with third-party laboratories to maintain standards.
• - Other relevant responsibilities as discussed during the interview.
