1. Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure all jobs and resources, man-power, machines, material…, have been properly and optimally arranged, utilized and implemented for achieving output, quality, delivery with high efficiency as planned for entire production department.
- To ensure all machines have been properly maintained, so that the production is continuously and effectively kept according to the designed procedures.
- To ensure that department budget are managed within set target,
- To maintain a proper relationship in work to other department for further cross-function issue.
2. Key Activities:
- To follow up planned KPI relating output, quality, delivery, cost to ensure they are met in the effective ways with high efficiency and reliability.
- To arrange properly all resources to ensure smoothly and continuously operation.
- To report the result, abnormality, kaizen, solving problems,…as required to superior.
- To make proposals to superior.
- To issue instructions, orders, training, rotation, discipline to subordinates and responsible organization to maintain disciplines, 6S, high efficiency at production department.
- To maintain 2-way communications to subordinates, listening to subordinate’s feedback, evaluating their performance, support to solve problems,…
- Handling WIP, raw material to ensure strict control, reduce scrap, wait time, NG quality, over-production.
- To work with related department for solving cross-function issues.
- To follow up superior instruction.

Hơn 2 năm kinh nghiệm
Key Competencies:
- At least a technical graduate from any university.
- Understanding English, B level.
- Must have good quality mind-set and a passion for continual improvement,
- Good interpersonal, communication, reporting, training, time management, problem-solving skills and must be prepared to work long hours and under demanding condition and superior instruction.
