  - Support the sales department and coordinate with other departments to prepare documents and procedures related to transactions with customers

- Receive and process customer requests via communication means (phone, email, zalo...)

- Contact and place orders with domestic and foreign suppliers

- Store and process business data according to department requirements

- Some other admin work at the office 

Personal information

• Gender: Female
• Age: under 25

Education:

• University graduate majoring in economics                                             
• Proficient in office computer
• Have a spirit of learning and cooperation and flexibility in work
• Language: Japanese is a plus (N2) or English (Ielts min 6.5)
• Priority is given to candidates with experience in similar jobs
