Accountability: He/She is accountable to Operations Manager
- He/She is responsible for the Sales and marketing function for toys testing; inspection and certification services.
- Implementing suitable sales management system to ensure selling is done systematically.
- Communicating with customers, and meeting their needs.
- Analyzing and evaluating sales efforts, and to make recommendations.
- He/she is responsible for the sales and marketing function as assigned by the Department Manager.
- To achieve sales target under testing, inspection and certification services of toys and children products.
- To keep this knowledge up to date through regular technical meetings and interaction with operation staff.
- To keep abreast of market information.
- Schedule and make regular calls to clients; and to provide timely information on product standards and/or regulatory changes.
- Monitor sales record of key accounts.
- Provide quotations, face to face sales presentations and business proposals.
- Coordinate with Marketing Support to distribute sales literature and brochures.
- Organize regular sales promotions, and public relations events.
- Report on sales trends, and market directions.
- Attend department sales meetings.
- Develop new accounts.
- Build professional and ethical business relationship.
- To perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
- Open opportunities for sales other technical services provided by STC worldwide (electronic and electrical products, food testing services, etc…)
