Mô tả công việc

- Develop Sales Force and others Mobil Automation System in aligning with others IT system such as SAP / Margin Minder, DMS / BOS, muaCoke etc. including proposal and testing functionalities to deliver business requirements;
- Conduct data authentic to drive sustainable sales performance and support sales force effectiveness;
- Develop Guidelines, SOP, and ready to use tools to end user. Provide training to trainer or end user upon requirement;
- Conduct system satisfaction survey to ensure the business requirement deliver as per lign.

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information system management, business administration;
- 3 years’ experience in FMCG sales management is preferable; Willing to travel / relocate.
- Strong in Leadership, communication, strategic thinking and analytical skills, problem solving decision making;
- Fluent in English and proficient in computer applications;
- Ability to work independently under high pressure
- Strong in Excel and Powerpoint and willing to learn more Macro.
