We are looking for a Store Manager for a big Trading company as detail:
1. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain the customer experience by controlling the relevant factors that comply with the companys standards;
- Resolve customer complaints
- Survey the habits and specifications of local consumers to improve the quality of customer service, enhance the recreational activities at the store.
2. Property management
- Manage the companys assets by regular inspection and maintenance of equipment; Effective development of sales activities.
3. Personnel management
- Recruit, train and develop staff to meet executive objectives; Monitor employees performance and evaluate the performance of employees
Communicate the companys expectations to employees and encourage them to propose new ideas;
- Ensure safety for employees and partners working in the store.
4. Trade Management
- Identify the salient features of the store;
- Manage store purchases
- Ensure warehouse security, efficient cargo management, storage facilities in accordance with ISO standards and regulations on fire prevention and fighting;
- Check the implementation and adhere to the marketing
- Managing costs, profits and marketing strategies
- Regularly conduct market surveys to analyze and understand retail trends and customer behavior of the locality;
Controlling the movement of goods in stores and between stores. Monitor return and damage;
- Maintain and promote the image of the company.
5. Managing and operating the center
- Plan and implement activities of the center to achieve business objectives
- Monitor sales promotion activities and sales
- Develop and supervise the management team to implement the center strategy and manage tenants
6. Store financial management by periodic audit and financial reporting
7. Communication management
- Manage relationships with local authorities;
- Manage relationships with partners of the company;
- Join local events.
