We are looking for a Supervisor Call Center for a big company as detail below: - Identify and communicate the employees expected responsibilities and productivity - Make sure employees meet their KPIs and have good performance feedback - Supervise, train and manage staff - Promote working relationships and a positive working environment - Develop a working relationship with all the other departments to maximize productivity and work efficiency - Manage and solve problems that provide timely remedies - Be able to make decisions with minimalist information and focus on the team to find opportunities to improve performance, quality of products and services.
