- Make logistical and administrative arrangements (bookings, schedules, Announcement Email, attendance list, meeting minutes etc.) for the Talent Management Review Program.
- Implement communication plan created in Talent management & Development Program
- Develop a skills and competency profile for each key position identified in the previous activity.
- Present career development workshops for employees.
- Analyze department talent to key position requirements noting any gaps or surpluses.
-Analyze the department talent to other strategic business needs.
- Communicate the results of the talent review meetings and analysis to employees.
- Reporting to Talent Management and development manager
- Input and Control all data in Talent Management Program
- Understanding and developing the health of the organization and the culture to support teams in creating strong leadership and collective responsibility.
- Maintaining and delivering key Talent programs and supporting the overall development of capability across the organization
- Support the HR Operations team in further developing talent processes.
- Developing and maintaining key management & individual development plan within the Talent Management Program
- Working as part of FGL team and the wider Learning & Development team as well as closely working alongside HR Business Partners and line leaders
- Act as a consultant to the business on strategic interventions based on the People Development Plan.
- Contribute to strategic projects with other members of the HR team particularly where these impact Talent, Learning and Organization Development’s processes and systems
- Participate in all CSR programs of the company to the community and other activities as required.
