We are seeking a candidate that will have at least 2 years of practice experience for the position of Translator cum Receptionist with job description as follows: - To carry out translation of legal, commercial and administrative documentation. - To translate in Vietnamese and English various types of official documents, correspondence, commercial agreements, legal texts including, but not limited to, laws, regulations, decrees and circulars. - To act as interpreter during meetings with Vietnamese officials or individuals for representatives of the Firm or its clients, from time to time. - To act as webmaster of the Firm’s website. - To answer phone calls and transfer to the relevant personnel. Most of the calls come from foreign clients of the Firm. - To welcome guests and clients coming to the Firm’s office. - To maintain the reception and meeting rooms area in presentable condition at all times. - To perform such other related assignments as delegated by the partners of the Firm. - Hold at least a BA or its equivalent in literature or linguistics with specialization in foreign languages including English. - Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
