VAMED Health Projects Vietnam is part of the VAMED GROUP and executing international projects in the healthcare sector.

1. Responsibility:

a. Consulting and making suggestions for Company Leaders:

Research and update Regulations of Vietnamese Law on Investment; Public Investment; on Management and Use of ODA loans, preferential loans from foreign donors and commercial loans, export credit.... to analyze, evaluate, advise and make proposals appropriate to the business lines, business investment and development orientation of VAMED and VHPVN in Vietnam. Research and survey the investment and business environment, public and private healthcare investment and development needs and potential in Vietnam with the aim of expanding investment, preparation and implementation of VAMED projects from all capital sources; Research international treaties, international agreements, regulations and guidelines on bilateral and multilateral economic and trade cooperation of Vietnam Government and countries and organizations of the European Union, OeCD (Austria, Finland...) where Vamed Engineering GmBH has headquarters, branches or representative offices to develop investment projects in Vietnam.

B. Directly communicate and work with State management agencies and partners and customers in Vietnam during the process of mobilizing, attracting capital and implementing VAMED investment projects in Vietnam.

c. Directly compose:

Documents during the preparation and implementation of investment projects; Administrative documents, letters, notices, telegrams... for transactions with relevant agencies and to serve the management and administration of VHPVN leaders; Regular and Extraordinary reports; Periodic reports and thematic reports according to regulations and requests of VHPVN Leaders; Documents prepared for VHPVN leaders for meetings, working or required periodically related to assigned work.
