Requirement:
Good business ethics, integrity, teamwork, etc.
5+ years sales experience in IVD industry, such as Hematology, Biochemistry, Molecule, Immunoassay, POCT, Urinalysis, Microbiology, etc.
In-depth understanding of the IVD industry in Vietnam (such as marketing channels, players share etc)
Good client resources especially distributor and sub-distributor
High-frequency customer visits in assigned territory (Minimum 10 productive visit every week)
Excellent business negotiation skills to seal the deal with clients
Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese; Mandarin is a plus
Job description:
Develop new sales channel including distributor and sub-distributor
Visit clients regularly and maintain the relationship with existing clients
Achieve the sales target assigned by the management
Collect market information including clients list, competitors products, prices, strategy etc, and submit to the management
Report work progress to the management regularly
Coordinate with workshops, participate in exhibitions, seminars and symposiums, and other marketing activities
