• Obtain and manage leads for new business opportunities
• Identify potential growth opportunities within the existing customer base to drive business expansion.
• Identify and understand customer’s needs and create tailored value propositions to address these effectively.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals, leveraging market-based pricing structures.
• Coordinate with internal resources to educate customers on FedEx tools and services.
• Crafts and delivers compelling sales pitches to customers which addresses their pain points.
• Create and execute implementation plans with the customers and monitor implementation progress to ensure timelines are met.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Present business review with customers using the available system reporting tool.
• Build and maintains strong rapport with current and potential customers through face to face interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall organization goals.
• Independently plan, prioritizes and organizes workload to meet deadlines and targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
