1. Reception duties
- -Attend the main entrance door and welcome/farewell clients;
-Help clients with directions and perform as the first and last impression for them;
-Greet clients upon arrival, escort clients to X-ray on the first floor based on the booking list, then show them to the elevator to Checkup team on the 4th floor;
-Upon check-in, escort clients to the ultrasound room or doctor’s rooms or X-ray room;
-Maintain good relationship with all the departments of the clinic;
-Follow all health & safety policies;
- -Carry out any other duties requested by Visa & Checkup Supervisor or Front Desk Manager.
2. Information Security
-Ensure that all patient interactions are dealt with confidentially and any confidential paperwork is dealt with in accordance with practice protocol.
3. Patient Liaison
- -Provide non clinical patient care, dealing with requests for information, test results, requests to speak to clinical staff, ensuring confidentiality and privacy for patients.
