To be responsible for the development of the business in conjunction with the Business Manager, maximising the businesses revenue & margin opportunities, acting as the bridge between suppliers and our end clients, and co
- ordinating all aspects of the businesses sourcing supply chain.
Key responsibilities:
• To ensure best practice processes are achieved for all client requirements, and that all client/ supplier transactions are facilitated efficiently and accurately
• To be responsible for the sourcing, sampling, costing, communication, planning, production, coordination, dispatch and invoicing of client required product & service developments.
• Develop sales opportunities and promote good commercial relationships with external contacts, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners
• To collaborate with suppliers to facilitate client requirements in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.
• To monitor and analyze sales & stock holding positions for each allocated client
• Facilitate timely and efficient solutions to issues and problems that arise within the business and handle customer complaints according to the Company procedures and service standards
• Be involved with company reporting processes including sales, cashflow, financial reports, budgets and audits, or any other process as directed by the Business Manager.
• Maintaining a documented record, ensure quotes and proposals provided to prospective and existing customers are regularly followed up to a point of closure.
• To work with the Office Administrator to ensure accounts receivable & accounts payable processes are within expected parameters at all times.
