- Assist in organizing Job Fairs, Technical Days or Seminars… at colleges and universities to
promote company’s image and environment;
- Create good relationship with universities to build talent fresh graduate resource;
- Source candidates using various methods and tools, including the company career site, social
media, internet job boards, tech association, and university alumni resources;
- Analyze resource needs and make recruitment plan
- Execute the screening process, initial interviewing, tracking and hiring close;
- Maintain a good relationship with candidates for future and/or unexpected hiring need;
- Build up candidate database;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends;
- Prepare recruitment reports weekly/monthly;
- Other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
