Support in checking the greetings and manners of Customer Service Officers at properties under Savills' management through physical inspection or phone calls.
Assist the customer service team in coordinating with the Human Resources department to receive information on the quantity of distributed uniforms and manage the contact and delivery details for employees.
Support in ensuring that the inventory levels always meet the needs of the properties.
Prepare the meeting/training room for training sessions and assist in checking and following up on the employee attendance list received from the HR department.
Other tasks assigned by direct manager or assigned manager.
