1. HR Planning Part (01 vacancy)
- Liase with teams to collect, consilidate, varify and create manpower planning for each part/unit, team and for the whole factory.
- Receive, update and follow the manpower plan from headquarter and teams, balance the manpower plan in order to ensure communicate it timely & accurately to related teams.
- Calculate actual headcount and plan number base on production plans, line plans, and business requirements.
- Do reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) regarding of manpower needs, HR budgets & costs, and related things.
- Other jobs as assisged by HR Direcor.
2. Outdoor Recruiting Part (01 vacancy)
- Responsible for the whole Outdoor recruitment strategies for line workers, especially Operators including but note limited to: build recruitment strategies and plans from province to province, develope recruitment networks & relations, propose suitable recruitment methods, control budgets and related costs,….
- Responsible for creating & implementing recruitment activities to recruit Operators, Technicians, and Engineers (via outdoor events) as required.
- Work closely with HR Team Leader to recruit & achieve KPI as planned.
- Responsible for implementing recruitment plans & programs and ensure them to align with the companys process, procedures, and audit requirements.
- Provide various support for outdoor Recruiting members including by providing recruitment strategies, methods, guidance, supervision, coaching…
- Other tasks as per HR Directors and higher Managers assignment.
3. Employee Assistance Part (01 vacancy)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising, implementing, and proposing solutions on the following:
- Labor issue management, labor relation risk management.
- Development of labor raltions internaly and externally.
- Management of collective dialogs.
- Update and supervision of policy implementation.
- Resignees exit interviews & evaluation.
- Disciplinary regulations & tasks.
- Training of EA members.
4. C&B Part (01 vacancy)
- Provide payroll services (salaries, insurances, bonuses, and related benefits) for employees.
- Execute yearly appraisals & related tasks for employees development.
- Execute & advise on recognition, rewards to employees and answer related queries from them if any.
- Control labor cost, budgets and related ones in terms of HR management.
- Control daily, weekly, monthly time sheet, time attendance of employees and propose possible solutions/ actions if any issues arise.
- Coach staff under to input data of new employees, current employees, or related information on the system to ensure the accuracy, validity and update on the system all the time.
- Control daily, weekly, monthly reports of HR management such as headcount, labor cost, attrition, absenteeism, etc.
- Analyze and propose possible initiatives for compensation, benefits, retention, rewards and recognition to ensure the company’s competitive advantages of HR practice in the market.
- Coach staff under and manage ongoing relationships with internal employees to ensure they receive satisfactory support from HR members.
- Control labor contracts, decisions, and related HR documents for employees.
- Create and maintain relations with local authorities such as HEZA, Trade Union, etc.
- Implement smoothly the company’s policies, regulations, processes, procedures. Propose for further completion of these areas when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
** Work location: Trang Due Industrial Park, Hong Phong, An Duong, Hai Phong.
** Contract type: Full-time, permanent.

- University graduate.
- More than 09 year of solid experience in HR management with at least 05 years in the manager position in a FDI company sized from 1.000 employees.
- Very good understanding of one of OR all areas of HRM: Recruiting, Employee Relations, C&B, Recruitment, Training.
- Strong knowledge & understanding of Labor law, PIT law, and related laws. Good relations with local authorities.
- Solid knowledge of payroll, ERP system, compensation & benefits, rewards & recognition for employees.
- Solid knowledge, understanding and use of M.S Office (Excel, Power Point).
- Detailed, patient, supportive and can-do attitude.
- Good leadership, communication and presentation skills.
