Mô tả công việc

1. Job purpose: Provide analysis and propose solutions to help create convenient and impactful internal products

2. Responsibilities

Product design
Perform stakeholder and users needs analysis, and present findings to Product Owner Team
Propose solutions and/or designs to meet stakeholders needs to Product Team then Engineering Team as designated
Product planning and execution
Oversee the creating process of products. Consult the engineering team for necessary adjustments while creating products;
Execute quality and progress control activities during the creating process until the final product in consistency with plans.
Product launch
Introduce new features/ products to the users. Educate/ train them to best utilize those features/ products;
Facilitate/ assist and ensure the users’ adoption and effective usage of the products.
Product maintenance
Collect feedback from the stakeholders and users;
Team up with the maintenance & support team to resolve issues, fix bugs, improve the quality of the product and upgrade product features.

- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Good written and spoken communication skills to both tech and non-tech teams (ability to represent products at a professional level is a plus);
- Good critical thinking and evidence-based decision making skills;
- Experience in working with C-level stakeholders is a big plus
- Proficient in UML or BPMN
- Good understanding of agile processes (scrum or XP);
- Experience in working with 3rd party APIs is a big plus
Passion for creating tools to enable or improve performance of others;
Have growth mindset, be able to adapt and willing to learn;
Good leadership and initiative;
Good knowledge of UI/UX;
Solid work ethics and high integrity.
