1 Mục đích công việc:
- Chịu trách nhiệm hỗ trợ cấp quản lý trực tiếp thực hiên các công việc phát triển doanh số ,phát triển thị trường và phát triển thương hiệu , chăm sóc khách hàng để phù họp với muc tiêuchung của công ty.

2.1 Công việc bán hàng trực tiếp:
- Thực hiện doanh số được giao (hằng tháng , hằng quý , hằng năm)
- Quản lý công nợ của khách hàng theo hạn mức cụ thể mà công ty duyệt theo từng khách hàng ( số tiền và thời gian công nợ)
- Thực hiện độ bao phủ của thị trường với số lượng khách hàng được giao (hằng tháng , hằng quý , hằng năm).
2.2. Hoạt động Marketing:
- Lập kế hoạch tạo dựng mối quan hệ với khách hàng để phát triển doanh số.
- Nghiên cứu thị trường : Giá , các chương trình khuyến mãi của đối thủ cạnh tranh và có những đề xuất phù hợp với từng thị trường vào từng thời điểm cụ thể để duy trì và phát triển doanh số
- Lên kế hoạch giới thiệu trực tiếp các sản phẩm với các phương pháp có cấu trúc chuyên nghiệp phù hợp với nhu cầu của với từng khách hàng cụ thể .
2.3 Tổ chức công việc chào hàng tại thị trường được giao :
- Lên lịch đi thăm khách hàng hằng tuần và hằng tháng .
- Tìm hiểu nhu cầu của khách hàng và trình bày những giải pháp , đề nghị phù hợp để lấy được đơn hàng
- Duy trì và phát triển mối quan hệ với khách hàng hiện hữu qua thăm viếng trực tiếp theo tần suất ưu tiên , qua điện thoại và qua email
- Hẹn và gặp các khách hàng mới tiềm năng
- Thương lượng các điều khoản của hợp đồng và kết thúc bán hàng
- Thu thập thông tin của thị trường và khách hàng .
- Đại diện cho công ty (trong trường hợp được ủy quyền) tại các triển lãm , sự kiện công ty tham dự
- Thương lượng giá bán , chi phí , điều kiện giao hàng và những điều khoản đặc biệt khác với bộ phận mua hàng và các cấp quản lý của khách hàng theo chính sách chung của công ty
- Vượt qua những thử thách với bất cứ sự phản đối với quan điểm là thuyết phục khách hàng mua hàng
- Quảng bá , phát triển các sản phẩm sắp đưa vào kinh doanh và trao đổi với khách hàng những chương trình khuyến mãi đặc biệt .
- Soạn thảo chi tiết các đề nghị bán hàng
- Liên hệ với các bộ phận giao hàng và kế toán để kiểm tra tiến độ bán hàng
- Kiểm tra số lượng hàng trưng bày tại outlet của khách hàng và số lượng hàng tồn tại outlet
- Báo cáo doanh số và các thông tin đặt hàng .
- Xem xét lại kết quả kinh doanh của bản thân trong một thời điểm cụ thể để có kế hoạch thực hiện hoàn thành vượt mức kế hoạch đề ra
- Nắm được nhu cầu rõ ràng và cụ thể công việc và nhu cầu của khách hàng
- Báo cáo cho cấp quản lý trực tiếp các xu hướng mua hàng trong tương lai
- Dự các cuộc họp của bộ phận kinh doanh và chia sẻ những kinh nghiệm tốt nhất với đồng nghiệp
- Nghiêm cấm Salesman chào và bán hàng của các đối thủ cạnh tranh trong ngành rượu, nếu vi phạm dù lần đầu sẽ bị buộc thôi việc.
- Nghiêm cấm Sales thu tiền bán hàng trực tiếp từ khách hàng, nếu vi phạm dù lần đầu sẽ bị buộc thôi việc.
2.4. Quản lý hồ sơ kinh doanh / Báo cáo
- Thiết lập danh sách khách hàng
- Thiết lập hồ sơ kinh doanh của từng khách hàng
- Thực hiện các báo cáo kinh doanh định kỳ theo yêu cầu của cấp quản lý trực tiếp yêu cầu theo đúng tiến độ thời gian .

- Supervise/ control/ oversee QA/QC part’s processes, staff and performance.
- Make sure compliance with the customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory and external standards.
- Review the implementation and the efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
- Set Quality objectives and ensure those targets are achieved.
- Maintain and improve product quality by completing products, quality system and surveillance audits, investigating customer complaints…
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Analyse data to identify areas for improving in the quality system
- Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
- Monitor risk management activities.
- Responsible for document management systems.

- Phân loại, phát hiện các sản phẩm, bán thành phẩm sai hỏng và yêu cầu công nhân xử lý, sửa chữa
- Thực hiện yêu cầu công việc khác, theo sự điều động của cấp trên
- Báo cáo hằng ngày về kế hoạch sản xuất, kế hoạch bảo trì, bảo dưỡng cho cấp trên.

-Under general supervision, creates and maintains assembly instructions for the manufacturing
operation.
-Prepares and maintains data storage on the computer network and master files per ISO standards.
-Prepares and implements Engineering Change Orders (ECO’s) for manufacturing assembly instructions.
-Interprets customer documentation, drawings and blueprints for defining manufacturing process flow.
-Works with the process area and engineering to define process flow.
-Order stencils as needed, per stencil procedure.
-Updates SAP routing and production status.
-May assist in publishing weekly and monthly reports of department performance in accordance to
established standards.
-Reports to Manufacturing Engineering Manager/ Manufacturing Engineering Lead.

- Corporate with relevant Departments / Sections to set up & establish the production processes including furniture, machines, tools, jigs for necessary production activities
- Plan for resources, prepare budget to meet growth plan
- Maintain the good availability condition of production process which have been established & set up.
- Daily assure the production processes are maintained at the highest cleanest according to 5S standard.
- Daily monitor and control the good attending of line leaders & operators in charge with cooperating well with HR Department
- Daily monitor and control the discipline of subordinates to assure a good discipline, and assure the fair treatment when dealing with discipline case.
- Daily carrying out, monitor the production schedule to meeting the production plan / target on time in full with satisfy fully the company quality standard.
- Daily allocating the qualified manpower & equipment to meet production schedule at optimum cost & resource
- Daily monitor to assure the accuracy of production report including output, defect, scrap, abnormal & potential issue.
- Assure production processes and responsible operations are complied fully the approved operation procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
- Develop the necessary Work Instruction & Procedure for the processes in charge and / or assigned by Manager / Superior
- In charge of receiving & answering the questions of Quality Auditor and/or customer’s auditor at the responsible processes with the support & consult of Manager/superior
- Raise the penalty for the violating employees at the responsible processes according to companies’ regulations & procedure.
- Report Jewelry Line Manager any finding abnormal /potential risks or issue at the production processes.
- Propose the improvement opportunities and idea to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, cost, safety and working environment
- Weekly & monthly report according to assignment/instruction of Jewelry Production Manager

- Visit farm growers and their farms to collect all information about pepper growing, developing and production to estimate the pepper yield and
- Use expertise of English to make reporting, project implementation and communication with partners
- Controlling the field staff
- Preparing the reports by gathering the information, data from field staff about pepper growing and developing situation, pepper growing areas, yield and
- Assist the OFIS team during the project running time
- Follow other duties if required from Agronomist, Project Manager

Responsibility:
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.
Provide technical support and advice on Management accountant.
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers.
Prepare financial statements
Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
Plan, assign and review staff’s work.
Support month-end and year-end close process.
Develop and document accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles.
Liaise with supervisor and manager to improve financial procedures.
Review salary calculation, implement procedures for salary payment; calculate special bonus, other incentives, etc.
Implement insurance related procedures, PIT related procedures

Accounting Process and Procedures:
- Developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
- Establish system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing ones.
Financial Reports:
- Perform full sets of accounts and responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements
- Perform project forecasts, cost controls and monitoring, work closely with CFO and department managers in cost analysis
- Yearly tax planning and execution to align with overall financial strategy
ERP Optimization and implementation:
- Develop internal control system to ensure ERP report accuracy and effectiveness
- Review internal control policy to ensure all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled
- Review and approve journal entries
Local Talent Managements:
- Manage and oversee accounting team
- Mentor and train local junior accounting members
Others:
- Maintain compliance with local regulations and remain constant communications with local authorities
- Support CFO to ensure cost analysis is align with managements strategies
- Projects as assigned
- Assists with audits as needed

 Sales Operations
- Communicate with dealers about Company policies, products, promotion and answer their concerns
- Update policies/ price & products frequently and propose for new scheme when needed
- Ensure and achieve sales target of dealer of region in charge
 Sales Order
- Plan and execute Sales order from dealer
- Work with logistics to ensure products delivered on time
 Shopfront/Display
- Weekly or monthly site visit to take care and maintain shopfront and display at dealer shop
- Make proposal for shopfront/display innovation for pushing sales
 Training
- Conduct training for floor salesmen, promotion for Sony products
 Report
- Generate report about customer voice (feedback), competitors, SKUs display

QUYỀN LỢI:
- Lương cứng 13-25 triệu/tháng (phụ thuộc vào đối tượng khách hàng phụ trách)
- Thưởng theo chỉ tiêu 10-30 triệu/tháng
- Được đánh giá kết quả công việc định kỳ và cuối năm theo KPI được giao

- Be in charge of factory production management
- Plan, direct, monitor and control all production activities in the plant to maximize the use of organization resources and meet established production specifications, schedules, volume, cost, quality targets and standards
- Develop and implement manufacturing schedules and operating procedures while allocating labor and capital resources to maximize productivity
