• Liaise with operations team including Central and Hanoi operations on SGJ operations issues. • Deal with international partners regarding updates and information of bookings when clients are on the ground • Book and confirm pre and post tour arrangements • Book and reconfirm airport transfers, vehicles, boats accordingly. • Send rooming list to hotels • Prepare tour documentations for Tour Leaders and Local Guides • Prepare welcome kits for clients and coordinate delivery to clients. • Book and issue and reconfirm flight and train tickets for clients, tour leader and tour guide • Check all operations arrangements before clients on the ground to ensure tours will be run smoothly • Provide courtesy calls to locally led passengers and log into systems as required. • Ensure operation notes are updated correctly as required. • Key point of contact for internal ticketing requests and maintain relationship with suppliers and airlines. • University level education, a tourism qualification would be an advantage • Experience in the travel industry is highly preferred • High level of fluency in spoken and written English • The ability to provide good customer service and committed to quality and professionalism • Close attention to detail & accuracy • Computer literate (Word, Excel, internet, Microsoft outlook) • Effective communication skills • A sense of fun and energy Commencement Date: The successful applicant will ideally be available to start as soon as possible.
