Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities

Create quality measurements to track improvement in products
Execute quality improvement testing and activities
Develop quality assurance standards and company processes
Adhere to industry quality and safety standards
Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand
Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
Work closely with the development team to improve existing products
Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production

Qualifications
Anyone who has an interest in investment & financial market, and IT/mobile platform
Preferred someone with good IT/Computer literacy​
Degree preferred

Ability to show initiative, a positive attitude and be extremely motivated
Excellent written and oral skills in English and Vietnamese
Must be a self-starter and have a passion for Quality Assurance
Good customer focus
Sharp attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Meticulous and diligent attributes

Senior Position
Previous experience in the field or a similar field
Certificate in quality assurance is a plus
Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance
In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies
Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Experience in working with IT team

Working with IT team using Jira
