Mô tả công việc- Prepare, reconcile data report of new and existing customers for all business channels.
- Make general reports as Ministry of Finance requirement of operation’s activities.
- Make and summit reports to SBV and bank related departments
- Establish and maintain automated reporting processes
- Analyze databases to find customer needs, claims trend, sales quality to support company’s vision & strategy.
- Assist with the development and implementation of CRM strategy focusing on the relationship between PVN and customer.
- Establish/ maintain a high quality of data within CRM system and associated databases to enable a single customer view for each contact to drive more effective customer interaction.
- Create and continuously review customer journeys, identifying opportunities and touch-points to improve the customer experience.
- Ensure data protection law is being followed.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Yêu cầu công việc- Bachelor degree, studying in statistic, accounting or related to figures/report
- Experience of database management in banking is prefer
- Proficient in English in speaking and writing
- Knowledge in computer software and information system. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Access applications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Well analyze data skill
- Good time management skill, able to priorities work to ensure efficiency
