- Manage, direct, plan, organize and oversee all functions of the HR and Admin department to ensure effective and efficient running of all department functions.
- Execute, Monitor and coordinate the recruitment plan of direct and indirect employees in adherence to company policy and procedures.
- Formulate, implement and monitor HR and Admin policies and procedures and ensure adherence by all departments.
- Execute and administrate Compensation & Benefits matters according to HR policies and practices
- Administer annual salary reviews, confirmation and performance appraisals.
- Oversee the functions of training and development, employee relations and welfare to ensure overall efficiency and effectiveness of the section.
- Fully in charge of statutory contribution matters
- Oversee on the HR, disciplinary and Staff Union issue.
- iaise and maintain good relationship with authorities for all HR,BA and labor matters
- Oversee on the administration and HR support for the foreign expatriate matter, (eg: renewal of working permit, temporary residence etc)
- Provide suggestions, ideas to improve the overall team work for a harmonious working environment in the organization.
- To establish and align the department KRA(key result areas) to the Company targets and to ensure every individual’s KRA within the department are established and aligned to the department KRA.
- To ensure and advise company on HR and BA practices adhere to local law and regulation
- Any other job assignments as required by immediate superior and Management from time to time.
