• Interviews, hires, and trains marketing staff members
• Take a leading role in developing and maintaining the Company’s corporate image and identity by managing and promoting the Company’s brand.
• Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
• Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new services
• Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
• Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
• Take responsibilities for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all marketing materials including marketing toolkits, PR toolkits, branding materials, brochures, and newsletters, etc.
• Manage online marketing & communication platforms, including the Company’s website, Facebook, and parents’ forums, etc.
• Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
• Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
• Provides in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings
• Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
• Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
• Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback

Working hours and working environment:
• Working hours are typically Monday to Friday from 8:00 until 5:00 pm.
• You may be required to work late in the evenings if youre supporting additional activities. In addition to your hours of work, you may need to attend staff training, conferences, and events.

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field
• Minimum five years proven track record as Marketing Manager in an international setting.
• Marketing Strategy, Media Channels, Client Relationships, Creativity, Adaptability, Research, Analysis, Writing, Public Speaking, Interpersonal Communication, Leadership, People Management, Detail-Orientated, Budgeting, Organisation, Multi-Tasking
• Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
• Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
• High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
• Excellent organizational skills, with an emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical analysis software
