We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving our sales efforts by identifying qualified leads, managing prospect information, and assisting with various sales support tasks.
*Key Responsibilities:
Lead Research & Prospecting
- Identify and qualify potential client companies through LinkedIn, industry databases, and market research.
- Maintain and organize lead lists for outreach campaigns.
Client Outreach & Engagement
- Contact potential clients via email, LinkedIn, or phone using provided scripts and templates.
- Introduce Inspius services and build initial interest.
- Follow up consistently to secure meetings for BD Leaders/Managers.
Meeting Coordination
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate client meetings (online or offline) for the BD team.
- Ensure accurate handover of client background and lead information to BD Leaders/Managers before meetings.
CRM & Reporting
- Update all client interactions, follow-ups, and meetings booked into Inspius CRM/Notion system.
- Track progress against KPIs and prepare weekly performance reports.
Collaboration & Learning
- Work closely with BD Leaders and Managers to refine scripts, improve outreach effectiveness, and handle objections.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions.
* Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or juniors are welcome – no prior experience required (full training will be provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confidence in engaging with professionals.
- Basic English reading/writing skills (to handle LinkedIn profiles, emails, and client information).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, international environment.
