- To be responsible for the general administration in the Telephone Connectivity
- Troubleshooting and provide support for company intranet
- Record problems & incidents and the workarounds and also provide solutions for them
- Undertake other tasks assigned by line manager
- Participate in contact center system, SMS core and other projects
- Cooperate with other IT departments/ vendors to maintain contact center system, SMS core, network security including operating system, firewalls, routers and switches
- Ensure that proper documentation of contact center and SMS core
- Assist in infrastructure and contact center expansion plan annually
- Upgrade software/ hardware for servers, telecom/ network devices and other communication devices
