Summary of Position, Responsibility and Authority
This position is responsible for designing on resort brand layout and finished artwork for all marketing materials of resort. As a Graphic Designer, with experience in both print and electronic media, you can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs. This person should have an imitate understanding of how marketing campaigns work.
• Drive creative design and execution for print and interactive brand marketing: websites, email-marketing campaigns, trade shows and events, branded presentations, banners, back-drops, print marketing, posters, training materials, product launch materials, menus, website and more.
• Assist with developing brand guidelines, promotional templates, back up pre-press and other team members and departments when needed/requested.
• Ability to create email blasts / newsletters.
• Ability to take existing artwork and repurpose for use in digital media channels, i.e. online banners, electronic invitations and social media platforms.
• Contributing ideas, engaging in brainstorms, and developing concepts for resort marketing projects
staying current with latest trends and emerging technologies within design field.

The Information Technology Manager is responsible for both the strategic and operational management of the resort IT Department as well overseeing the installation and maintenance of all resort computer hardware, software and networks.
Additionally responsible for Information Technology issues, products, and services at the property. Provides user training and support of all property/site systems, network enhancements, hardware and software support. Also maintains inventory of all hardware products and software licenses, and reviews maintenance agreements.
1. Manage and support IT Infrastructure at TOV including servers : SQL server, SMILE PMS, MDaemon email server, Backup, Windows Domain Controller.
2. Managing switches, printers, firewall (Linux)
3. Monitor backups and server issues.
4. Design/Edit Crystal report for making reports on SMILE PMS.
5. Evaluate and selected appropriate anti-virus and intrusion detection software for email and networking to ensure complete and continuous coverage with no security breaches. Security Policy.
6. Ensure that all IT changes are managed so that they minimize downtime and risk of any inconvenience.
7. Recommend and implement hardware and software improvements for greater efficiency
8. Research new technology and apply.
9. Manage IT fix assets including software licenses.
10. Prepare the IT budgets/PO/PR
11. Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development.
12. Meet with departmental managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
13. Control the computer systems budget and expenditures.
14. Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software.
15. Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating systems.
16. Provideorientation to new users of existing technology.

19. Input and maintain all resort IP addresses.
20. Advise Department Heads of security breaches and/or change in password or security status.

Summary of Position, Responsibility and Authority
Manage the day to day activities of the maintenance department. Schedule employees, assign daily work and projects, train and coach employees, inspect work for quality and productivity, and initiate corrective and/or disciplinary action as needed. Serve as lead on various maintenance projects.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance and repair work on the interior and exterior of buildings, villas of resort, pool, and surrounding area, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning functions, and other related maintenance activities.
• Inspect work assignments to ensure that work is completed in a timely manner and within specifications. Manage various maintenance and repair projects to ensure timely completion within budget and specifications.
• Notify management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
• Respond to guest requests for service according to company policy. Keep records of villas completed.
• Observe equipment and utility meter readings on a daily basis. Continually updates of recent technological advances that may be implemented, to improve resort operational efficiency.
• Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance as outlined in the Preventative Maintenance Program.
• Assist in educating/training employees on current safety issues to ensure compliance with all government laws and safety regulations.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
• Ensure par stocking of regularly used parts and supplies.
• Assists the Chief Engineer in preparation of the capital budget. Prepares the annual departmental budget.
• Make end of month report and other requested reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
• May serve as Manager of Duty as required.

Summary of Position, Responsibility and Authority:
The Owner Relations Officer, together with ORM are key points of contact for owners and are expected to build and maintain strong relationships as measured by the retention, profitability and guest satisfaction of their assigned portfolio. Develop strong relationships with owners by researching and understanding their needs, responding to owner concerns and problems and acting as the liaison between the owner and internal departments.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Assist ORM in communicating with owners/clients as a key person who frequently be contacted any time for any issues
• Composing letters, notice to owners relating to resort services and management regulations and similar
• Coordinate closely with other departments for work result when needed
• Assist ORM to inspect the villa with owner and Development team should requested and follow up with warranty request if the villa still available under warranty
• Handle reservation for owners in rental pool program
• To work with Accounting Department for collecting utilities fee as well as M&M fees, follow up with outstanding payment from owners / clients case by case.
• Handle and solve special requests and complaints. Report to ORM for guidance and advise where needed
• Prepare all the necessary documents for the rental pool operation: RP agreement, upgrade furniture package, rental pool report, liquidation and handover
• Work with Sales and Development team to prepare for villa handover procedure
• Show villas for interested tenants for long term lease, work with owners to prepare document/agreement signed and complete the villa handover with tenant.
• Assist owners/ tenants with any queries and requirements
• Attend meetings with Clients/Owners when required, give report to ORM and related team and follow up with clients for feedback.
• Handle Key requests and access permission from owners for Contractor, supplier and cleaners and inform related departments accordingly.
• Perform other duties as maybe assigned.

• Able to supports resort service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
• Develop strong relationships with other departments to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals.
• Accompany sales team on sales calls to potential clients to assist in development of the account and to access the effectiveness and sales skills of the sales person.
• Assess additional training needs based on data gathered and interaction with sales team from property visits.
• Attending all department and resort meetings as necessary.
• Responsible for the training of sales managers and staff.
• Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
• Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities.
