Overview:
The Human Resources Manager directs and works with Human Resources and Operations employees to carry out the daily activities of the Human Resource Department including oversight of recruitment, total compensation, training and development, association/labor relations, and performance management. Additionally, the Human Resources Manager focuses on delivering Human Resources services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success; as well as ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and operating procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the company’s organizational structure, HR policies, and personnel budget aligned with strategic goals.
- Advise the Board of Directors on HR strategy, structure, recruitment, training, and compensation plans.
- Lead and oversee recruitment processes, including job fairs, partnerships with vendors, and external networking.
- Coordinate with departments to plan and implement training, development, and succession planning programs.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support disciplinary processes in compliance with corporate and legal standards.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and ensure accurate and timely PIT (Personal Income Tax) settlements.
- Ensure legal compliance in HR practices, including document management, internal policies, and safety regulations.
- Support employee engagement through open communication, effective conflict resolution, and staff welfare programs.
- Monitor and enhance HR vendor performance and recruitment advertising effectiveness.
- Remain flexible to perform cross-functional tasks and support the business as needed.
