📒 About Us
- ABC Software Solutions is a fast-growing startup providing innovative software solutions and staff augmentation services to businesses. As we expand, we are looking for a Junior Account Manager to strengthen client relationships, ensure smooth account management, and drive customer satisfaction.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to client relationship management (CRM). You will work closely with the Project / Program Manager to maintain and grow our customer base.
📒 Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, understanding their business needs.
- Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns proactively.
- Account Coordination & Client Support
- Oversee the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
- Assist clients with product usage, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Project / Program Management, Development, and Support) to ensure smooth execution of client requests.
- Data & Documentation Management
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, contracts, and account status.
- Track and report client engagement metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports and summaries for the Project / Program Manager regarding client activities and trends.
- Process Improvement & Growth Support
- Identify areas for improving customer experience and propose enhancements.
- Contribute to strategies for increasing client retention and optimizing internal workflows.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and competitor offerings to enhance service quality.
🗒 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, IT, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or client relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a startup environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and office productivity software (Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
