Ensure timely closing of accounts and review monthly financial statements · Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, G/L, Fixed Assets management, Cost Accounting & Payroll processing · Review and analyze monthly performance of company · Liaise with external auditors to ensure statutory compliance with regulatory requirements and tax agent to handle corporate tax. · Work closely with station MD to provide information and analysis that facilitate business decisions. · Review and implement internal control policies and business improvement process · Annual budget and monthly business forecast · Job costing analysis · Cash flow management · To Manage the complete recruitment process, including pre-hire, post-hire, on-boarding and induction activities. · Ensure consistency in all HR policies, procedures and practices, review the same from time to time and keep the records updated in line with any changes. · other ad-hoc projects as assigned
