I. Job Purpose The IOC Analyst ensures that the health of IT systems meets the defined SLA by doing proactive monitoring and executing required delegated actions in the infrastructure. II. Duties and Responsibilities First line support: • 1st line support to internal staff and to customers who are experiencing issues for whole IT services and sites • Act as single point of contact for service impacting events. • Identify, troubleshoot and correctly escalate incidents to Tier 2 or appropriate team in a timely manner. • Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenances, communicate maintenance or incidents to the business till the point of resolution. • Performs routine maintenance and administration tasks for infrastructure systems such as patches, upgrades, hotfixes, user account management, and ad-hoc end user support. • Complete and detailed documentation of incidents. • Assist in compliance audits and portrait good understanding of IT policies. • Monitor computer systems and perform proactive maintenance • Take action on automated alerts and proactively observe abnormal trends outside of the alerts • Provide application support to users of custom software packages or desktop administration • Control of access to corporate systems such as AD administration • Work closely with other staff in and outside the department. • Delegated network tasks such as swing ISP, VLAN assign, and all first level network related tasks • Covers all product’s solutions. • Acknowledging communication channels (Skype and Slack). • Triaging of tickets. • Other duties/tasks as assigned
Position Summary To design, produce and maintain high usability User Interface code that is relevant to user and target customer behaviour, so as to improve user efficiency and high customer retention respectively. Responsibilities 1. To design and develop mock up sites for customers so as to help ensure our clients has the confidence in our ability to achieve their commercial goals. 2. To develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like 3. To maintain and continuously improve UI design to ensure smooth operation of User Interfaces. 4. To be able to understand briefing, design directions & communication objectives and put into prototype designs and storyboard. 5. To adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images 6. To collaborate with developers and analyst to provide user interfaces for new and existing functionality. 7. To execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to developers. 8. To conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback 9. To assist scrum masters in project timeline estimation to predict accurate delivery of deliverables. 10. To keep up to date with new technologies, sportsbook and gaming market trends and how they could be implemented to enhance or improve our products.
Duties and Responsibilities • Provides Level 2 support, Coordinates problem resolution among a variety of functional areas and provides subject matter expertise support for diagnosing and resolving problems • Design, configure, deploy, and maintain the network and security infrastructure • Analyse problems, recommend solutions, products, and technologies to meet business objectives • Testing and checking the system for weaknesses in software and hardware. • Setup and Maintaining VPN, CDN, DNS and email security. • Creating antivirus and threat detection systems • Installing and maintaining data leak prevention system. • Working with ISPs in issue relate to Internet connectivity • Assist in incident response for any breaches, intrusions • Monitor systems for any anomalies, proper updating, and patching • Monitor vendor websites for potential threat alerts and software upgrades • Evaluates and performs planning, testing, and implementation of software and hardware upgrades • Maintains system documentation and configuration data for regulatory and audit purposes • Coach and guide Tier 1 technicians in their incident response, directing incident first responder actions, and appropriately escalating issues. • Researching and implementing new security protocols and technologies • Other duties as assigned.
