Job Description: • Contact candidates for interview (phone interviews, video conferences and in person interviews to qualify candidates and ensure a strong and thorough interview process) • Manage & develop recruitment activities (Job posting, shortlist, test and interview,...). Build recruiting plan upon hiring request and company HR plan • Negotiate and persuade candidates if they have expectation in internal transferring or internal promotion • Seek for idea candidates and building hiring network, research and participate to many activities to promote recruiting good talents (Job fair, HR events,...) • Other tasks are assigned from line manager
