PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

POSITION SUMMARY:
• Lead utility team to ensure the continuity and quality of utility system supplying to production at lowest cost.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Operation of utilities processes and supplies
- Ensure the continuity, quality and savings of utility system for production such as electricity, cooling, steam, water, CO2 recovery, compressed Air, water treatment, wasted water treatment.

Position summary:Ensure all production equipment are maintained properly and correctly to avoid unplanned breakdown

Key Responsibilities:
1. Safety, Food safety & Sustainability
- Ensures (to be planned/scheduled) safety related maintenance tasks are planned and scheduled OTIF for (safe) execution.
- Ensures (to be planned/scheduled) legal related maintenance tasks are planned and scheduled OTIF for execution.

2. Maintenance tasks
- Develop maintenance programs for production equipment in whole brewery
- Monitor and cooperate with maintenance execution team to Đánh giá sản phẩm and fine-tune maintenance programs
- Ensures the entire job lifecycle of maintenance (workflow management) for planned jobs is implemented and functional.
- Ensures proper work request (notification) intake for maintenance; i.e. gatekeeping by pre-defined, validated priorities.
- Ensures proper alignment between available capacity and (to be executed) WOs.
- Ensures inventory management (spare segmentation) is properly executed and handled.
- Ensures MRP is properly aligned to the workflow management process.
- Ensures good alignment with procurement and planning of required and to be ordered parts and services; i.e. proper executing of the supply work process.
- Conducts Tagging if required or appropriate.
- Ensures the Long (3YP) and medium maintenance (annual overhauls) master plan
- Monitors asset performance (OPI or line availability). Responsible for plant availability (uptime).

3. Organization, Interfaces & People Management
- Leads/manages the đội of the Spare Parts Storekeeper and the Maintenance Planner. Ensures proper team alignment and is responsible for the performance and technical development of the team (i.e. including performance evaluations/reviews).
- Manages coordination and alignment between maintenance and procurement.

- Be a PM pillar member to deploy systematic breakdown, monitor and follow up RCFA activities in Brewery

Report to: Process & Control Improvement Manager

The P&CI Specialist supports and advise the P&CI Manager, Local Management and Functions in monitoring and process improvement in which supporting process owners to design, implement and monitor their processes and controls as well as managing Fraud and Risk to ensure efficiency of internal control environment. P&CI is a trusted partner for Local Management and Functions in achieving business objectives, driving and implementing improvements in the organisation’s processes and strengthening the internal control environment. The P&CI function is the custodian of the HEINEKEN Internal Control Framework and the HEINEKEN Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Framework in the OpCo.

The core activities of the P&CI Specialist are to support and advice the P&CI Manager, Local Management and Functions in the following areas: 1) Controls Monitoring, 2) Process & Control Management and 3) Continuous Process Improvement (CPI). These activities are driving the continuous improvement, monitoring/testing,

The P&CI Specialist assists the P&CI Manager coordinating the Lines of Defence activities (including Global Audit and External Audit).

1. Control Monitoring: To monitor and test control effectiveness and drive the implementation of remediating actions.
- Ensures as part of the P&CI function that the effectiveness of controls is monitored and/or frequently tested.
- Putting appropriate actions in place (agreed with Management). Tracks and monitors the progress of remediating activities.

2. Process & Control Management: Working closely with the P&CI Manager to ensure business processes and controls are appropriately designed, constructed, implemented and maintained.
- Drives jointly with Local Management the

- Conducts Risk Assessment through running risk workshops with the Business, monitors that relevant risk templates, this also includes new and emerging risks.
- Develops specific action plans to mitigate, accept or transfer risk and monitors progress on an ongoing basis.

5. Fraud Management: To improve fraud prevention and detection and support fraud investigation when required.
- Raises fraud awareness through promoting the ‘Speak-up’ procedures.
- Drives fraud prevention and detection through identifying fraud risks and addressing them through strong process and control

6. Compliance: To help assuring that processes and controls are designed, implemented and operating in line with the relevant policies, procedures and HEINEKEN Rules.
- P&CI is informed about policy changes and assesses the impact on existing control frameworks. Provides advice, support and challenge during the implementation of policies (global & local).
- Registers, tracks and logs policies & procedures. This includes the review and challenge of the self-assessment activities.
- If requested, provides advice, support and challenge to the

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Safety, Food safety & Sustainability:
- Maintains the equipment and works in line with the defined and implemented safety and food safety standards: timely maintain machines. All problems related to safety timely recorded and processed.
- Following the 5S, and Housekeeping related to the work place.
2. Quality of the process and product
- Takes care of the process measurement equipment.
- Supports regular calibrations and periodical checks
3. TPM & Continuous Improvement
- Takes initiatives and is actively involved in optimizing workplace performance via AM/5S teams and activities.
- Proposes improvement actions based on standard analyses and sensing (hearing/looking/feeling/smelling) of his/her area of the line.
- All relevant standards followed, losses recognized and improvement actions executed.
- Coordinate with operators and engineering to carry out breakdown analysis RCFA and follow up
4. Process Management
- Ensures the Packaging process (machines) operates in an efficient and effective manner according to the production plan and specification in standard and nonstandard conditions.

5. Equipment management
- Executes dedicated preventive maintenance (PM) activities OTIF.
- Acts efficiently in case of breakdowns. Executes repairs not able to be done by operators, informs duty PTL if > 15 minute stop
- Conducts Tagging if required or appropriate.
- Hands over equipment after repairs to operator; places tag for follow up work order
- Supports AM by demonstrating (CILT) standards
- Captures and interprets performance data and executes corrective actions if needed.

6. Organization, Interfaces & People Management

- To be on shift rotation to support production
