MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

IT PROJECTS MANAGEMENT
• To see to the set-up, layout of the IT systems within the schools according to the guidelines provided by the Management.
• To coordinate and oversee the ICT project’s implementation and setup as per the approved layout / design and the schedule of work operations. To ensure the satisfactory and successful completion of the projects.
• To work with Finance to prepare and monitor financial projections, assess financial needs and requirements in ICT. To maintain projects cost controls methodology in order to achieve optimum performance and maximize profits.
• To deal with contractors, consultants in the area of ICT project management
• To liaise with contractors or other vendors in respect of the ICT project’s setup / equipment / facilities set up.
• To conduct regular on-site inspections and supervisions and monitor the progress of work to ensure timely and successful completion of the ICT project and to ensure developments abide within the allocated budget.
IT AND INFORMATION WORKS
• To consolidate all the IT requirements/needs, including both IT infrastructure development and IT maintenance works and provide the Management with feedback/suggestions for improvement/development of the entire IT system of the Company
• To negotiate and work with the IT contractors/vendors for the best IT deals/packages for the Company and to monitor and supervise all the IT implementation and maintenance works by the Company’s IT staff or outside vendors.
• To manage IT staff in the front end and back end support to user in installing, configuring, modifying, decommissioning personal computers, notebooks, printers, scanners, network equipments, applications and other miscellaneous hardware and software.
• To be responsible for the smooth operation and maintenance of the Company servers and networks-local LAN & WAN and assure the validity, reliability, and consistency of the data contained in the servers
• To assist in rolling out IT projects and perform any other miscellaneous IT tasks as assigned and involve in all project activities including project planning, estimation, execution, implementation and closure.
• To document all discussions and decisions throughout the projects and compile documents upon completion of projects.
• To document IT configurations for hardware, software and processes
• To involve in the performance review of our servers, network and operations procedures and data recovery of essential IT services.
OPERATION WORKS
• To be responsible for the smooth operation and maintenance of the schools/college/ business unit servers and networks-local LAN & WAN, PC and other IT related equipment.
• Ensure the validity, reliability, and consistency of the data contained in the servers and are free from IT viruses
• Ensure that proper securities and assess controls are in placed to protect the data of the companies
• Ensure that proper back up and contingency plan are in placed to minimise the risk of data losses and corruptions
• Demonstrate leadership, supervise and manage performance of IT Technicians
• Set priorities, schedule work assignments and direct the work of the IT Technicians
• Review completed work assignments / techniques and evaluate performance
• Provide relevant training for IT Technicians

• In handling any other duties / responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
• This job description is not limited to the duties / responsibilities described above and will be subject to changes to incorporate any duties / responsibilities to reflect the job scope / business requirements
