KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform Management Accounting activities for CBRE Vietnam (i.e., 5-year business planning; Profit and Loss (P&L) planning, controlling & reporting; OPEX monitoring/controlling, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, variance analysis and commentaries, ad-hoc analysis).
- Co-pilot/partner with Country Business Leaders in driving the business results including establishing good control, monitoring, reporting mechanisms and relationship with those.
- Partner with SEA or APAC Finance teams on all financial analysis matters including 5-year business planning, forecasts, budgets, Management reviews, ad-hoc studies.
- Drive continuous improvement and simplification towards the system and process for efficiency improvement / internal control enhancement.
- Work with other Corporate Finance/accounting members, auditors and company secretaries for statutory reporting requirements of companies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Establish and compile the analysis and deliver monthly financial reports for CBRE Vietnam, (including P&L, Balance Sheet, variance reports and analysis, by business units, OPEX spending reporting) in a timely and accurate manner with high quality.
- Establish, implement and maintain the rhythms with Business Leaders for their performance monitoring, reporting and controlling (i.e., P&L, Balance sheet, AR) including Design and create Management Dashboards to track KPIs/
- Establish, maintain and prepare ad-hoc management reports and provide financial analysis using financial modelling/scenario analysis
- Partner with Vietnam/SEA/APAC Finance teams to prepare and review 5-year business plan, annual budgets, monthly forecasts, strategic planning exercises and any ad-hoc Management reviews.
- Provide supports for month-end and quarter-end related deliverables (i.e., closing activities via HFM/PeopleSoft reporting)
- Work with the SEA/APAC Finance team members on reporting and analysis, either utilising information available on CBRE accounting and finance system (PeopleSoft or HFM or TM1), or work with local Finance teams if not on PeopleSoft/HFM/TM1 systems.
- Assist and support in Finance integration activities of newly acquired or newly incorporated entities.
- Drive continuous improvement and simplification towards the system and process for efficiency improvement / internal control enhancement.
- Work with other Corporate Finance members, auditors and company secretaries for annual audits and on-going statutory requirements of companies.
- Any other assignments as directed by FD or Management.

KEY COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
- At least 5-7 years of demonstrated work experiences in financial controlling & management accounting in multi-national companies.
- CPA; Experiences with Big 4 Audit firms will be advantageous
- Strong command of MS Office software such as Excel, Word and Power point. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, experience with COGNOS and HFM will be strong advantages.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to articulate complex business issues and encompass problem identification, evaluation, and resolution.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, highly-committed, attention to detail, highly, logical thinking with ability to work under tight timeline, pressure, ambiguity and independently.
- Fast learner with ability to work and self-adapt well in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities / parties simultaneously.
- Solid interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills with strong Vietnamese and English proficiency.
- Team player, able to work cross functionally within complex/matrix organizations; interact effectively with and adapt to both Asian and Western business management style/culture.
