JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Demand Planning and S&OP:
- Manage demand planning with high complexity: volatile market / promotion driven, high number of SKUs and/or customers / sales entities
- Linking pin between the sales, marketing and supply chain disciplines, align the customer focused marketing & sales organization with an efficiency driven supply chain
- Is a sparring partner for (senior) sales and (trade) marketing colleagues in order to build, challenge and validate forecasts (both baseline and uplift)
- Lead Weekly Demand Review Meeting, Monthly Demand Meeting, Supply Review meeting, Pre-S&OP meeting and facilitate Executive S&OP Meeting.
- Lead and contribute to new and/or improves existing procedures, processes, systems and tools related to demand planning processes and S&OP.

Supply Planning:
- Manage entire supply planning process; focusing on short term & middle term supply planning and inventory management of RPMs & FGs with available resources to ensure FG Stock availability as per Demand Forecast & take proper actions to meet demand changes
- Work closely with Procurement, Production, Third Party Manufactures, QA, R&D, Logistics, … to ensure smooth production & delivery to achieve targeted customer service level, inventory and costs
- Manage Short & Medium term master production scheduling, material requirement planning & distribution requirement planning
- Identify and decide on short term on supply issues, highlight & make proposal on medium term supply issues (including key suppliers) in S&OP process.
- Work closely with Deliver to understand outbound network constraints and liaise with the appropriate planning teams (site and third party) to overcome short & medium term constraints
- Review & manage capacity: Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) & Capacity Requirement Planning (CRP), prepare contingency plans and scenarios to balance Demand & Supply (both short term & medium term)
- Control & optimize stock level of FGs & RPMs to meet Days of Inventory policy (DIO).

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with GT Sales team to sharpen Distributor network expansion strategy and standardize Distributor recruitment. Support GT Sales and Multifunctional team in assessing and appointing new Distributors with clear business plan and cost to serve to FCV.
- Coordinate with GT Sales team for frequent Distributor segmentation analysis. Play financial role in training and upgrading key distributor capabilities (eg. optimizing operating expenses, credit to market, stock management, fixed assets management), monitor performance and improvement plan of top – notched Distributors.
- Manage FCV trade term to distributors; evaluate investment effectiveness and co-ordinate with GT Sales to improve investment efficiency.
- Report monthly Distributor ROI, follow up with Sales Leadership, Distributors and Multifunctional team for ROI improvement, bringing profitability to both FCV and Distributors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for following up IMS, FoQus FS&Q and FoQus SHE
- Maintain and develop testing methods, specifications, work instructions and procedures
- Carry out sampling & checking samples and evaluate result to control raw & packaging materials, semi-product, end – product, hygienic condition of equipment & tools (factory, milk chilling center, and farm), and water & waste water quality to ensure they fully meet the standards
- Participate in trouble shooting team relating to product quality as a member
- Support in validation & trial run for change of equipment, process, product and raw & packaging material.
- Handle market complaint (investigate route cause, answer to customer & take corrective action) technically
- Join improvement team as a member or a leader and participate in other WCOM pillars/ teams as a member
- Maintain safety condition at working place. Detect & report near miss, unsafe working conditions within the factory
- Make periodical reports, trouble shooting, validation and other reports
- Control documents, record, data and activities in responsible section as stated in Procedure & Work instruction

Job description
You will start in a young & ambitions team, being responsible for our direct online brand communication with our consumers and support running marketing campaigns.
1. Daily media management of our brands (40%)
o Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
o Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
o Analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to determine areas for social media campaign improvement and to gather visitor’s data
o Assist with the general day to day administrative tasks
o Manage and maintain media budgets along with implement authorized plans, media payments and purchase orders
