Develop and submit manufacturing budgets and projects to senior management for approval in conjunction with Plant Manager

Manage ongoing cost reduction projects, cost avoidance and continuous improvement projects for the facility.

Balance production demands as required to enhance flexibility and customer service.

Attend required meetings and react to those as necessary. Serve on taskforces and other initiatives as necessary to support the needs of the business

Attain quality goals defined by management and regularly report those results as required for the facility.

Support business development through cost estimation process.
• Báo cáo hàng tuần về chi tiết hiệu suất, chất lượng, tồn kho, WIP và an toàn.
Provide weekly reports detailing production performance, quality, inventory, WIP, and safety.
• Tương tác với các khu vực chức năng khác nhau trong công ty để giúp đáp ứng các yêu cầu chung của công ty.
Interact with various function areas within the company to help meet overall company requirements.

- To work with customer to get the demand short term and long term
- To work with Production to build up the plan base on the demand from customer, feed back to the demand if need.
- To work together with Production team to build up production plan to achieve expected plant efficiency
- To control the Production planning, Material planning and Capacity planning team
- Interface with ROH planning, sourcing, and suppliers to provide smooth flow of materials.
- Support and initiate change to the planning tools to better support company needs.
- Perform other related duties as required under the direction of the direct manager
- Act as a catalyst of information for the planners in-country. First point of contact for all supply related inquiries and concerns.
- Monitor all material call in and inventory level

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following
1. Serve as the Super-user of all applications related to the production processes.
2. Responsible for local application administration duties on all in-plant applications including manufacturing, purchasing, planning, product structures, accounting, human resource and payroll. Must understand how systems and business link together.
3. Define application training plans
4. Conduct application training for users
5. Support on-site ad hoc query requirements
6. Review and document business processes, identify process issues and recommend solutions to management in order to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the production applications and processes.
7. Participate in the project planning process with end users, business analysts and team members.
8. Serve as the 24x7 on call support for assigned production application(s).
9. Adhere to and provide accountability for application security procedures, change control guidelines Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and Global IT and Business Standards and Policies.

Position Title Environment & GPS Specialist

Job Function/Purpose
Manage, implement all Environment works to comply with Requirements of Vietnam Environment Laws and the statutes and regulations of the organization.
Develop, sustain and improve the Global Process Sustainability (GPS) system in order to achieve the objectives stated on annual strategic plans (A3’s). Assure the satisfaction of all compliance requirements mentioned in GPS manual for the plant certification.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
1. Set up yearly Environmental plan for the plant
2. Guide staffs of all departments in managing of chemicals and hazardous waste
3. Compile and send hazardous waste reports under provisions of Department Environment & Natural Resources
4. Conduct Working Environment checks for the Plant in compliance with Vietnam Environment Laws
5. Implement Waste Water Tests of the plant in compliance with rules of HY DONRE
6. Propose solutions to improve the Plant Environment
7. Coordinate and arrange the regular Environment meeting.
8. Set up Environmental procedures, check sheets, instructions, forms, and ensure all staffs apply according to those standards in the Plant
9. Lead the Plant continuous improvement by the facilitating, training and implementing GPS initiatives through all organization levels
10. Plan, design, implement, follow up and improve the Global Process Sustainability (GPS) system of the plant
11. Develop and support the training program for the Plant in association with GPS/ guidelines
12. Establish, lead and satisfy the GPS Internal Audit as well as coordinate in GPS Corporate audit
13. Keep the GPS Manual (IEHS and common folders) updated and available (at the points of use)
14. Maintain the Plant database recording Corrective/Preventive Actions (CPAR in IEHS) updated
15. Guarantee the execution of Management Reviews according to the frequency stated by the Company policies.
16. Lead the GPS plant certification process
17. Be part of Audit team during the GPS Certification process of other plants (Hanes has 3 plants in Vietnam).
18. Demonstrate active participation on the Plant & Lean/GPS performance reviews (A3’s.
19. Other tasks as requested by the company

Position Title: Safety and Energy Specialist

List Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities
1. Contribute to the development & maintenance of a health and safety culture at the workplace
2. Conduct safety trainings for plant labors
3. Ensure the Company working conditions is in compliance with safety requirements of the local Government law & of the Company
4. Propose measures to improve safety conditions
5. Perform general security management tasks
6. Take leading role in all accidents and incidents investigation process
7. Take leading role in setting up/following-up the Company Emergency Response Plan
8. Setup yearly energy plan for the plant
9. Setup energy saving plan, deploying, follow-up plan
10. Other works as assignment of Dept. Manager
