1) Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and ensuring all processes are conducted effectively, and professionally on given manpower plan, recruitment lead time, and position requirement (Operators, Engineers, Staff, Leaders, Managers); Manage on-boarding procedure, orientation training to provide best employee experience.
2) Proposes, reviews, and implements overall HR & GA policies, procedures, and SOPs to meet the business requirements and goals as well as to align HR policies and system with local Vietnamese regulations as well as the Group policies.
3) Monitor and maintain HR records and employee information on HR databases and HR software; perform labor contract management properly.
4) Administers and ensures compensation and benefits, monthly payroll administration, and statutory payments such as SI, UI, HI, and PIT.
5) Conduct employee relations function which is providing consultation, and advice to Management in terms of maintaining a positive, engaged, and high-performing team; a window person to build and promote a corporate culture based on the Group’s and IDV itself and people, and cultural values.
6) To propose and implement employee activities that cover monthly best employees, employee events, and internal cultural campaigns to boost the employee’s morale and engagement.
7) Handles labor contract management, lawful termination, and labor disputes (grievance, disciplinary action…);
8) From time to time review and make sure all general affairs services, contracts are implemented properly such as transportation, canteen, cleaning, security, stationery, and accommodation, work permits.
9) Supports management, and managers to conduct, guide, and monitor annual performance reviews, salary, and other compensation reviews to ensure a competitive advantage in the labor market.
10) Review and update the organization chart, and consult management on team structure, and job titles, job descriptions.
11) Month-end closing reports and payments for HR, GA, and EHS expenses including payment requests meet the timelines, contract management as well as proposals for any service improvement.
12) Supervise and ensure Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs are well complied with and implemented.
13) Consult, and support management as well as represents management in some particular events of dealing with local authorities, and guests.
14) Check and ensure all required reports including periodical reports, and adhoc HR reports to management and headquarters as required.
15) Perform other tasks assigned by the management.
